An electronic indicator shows you when the adjustment is right. And if the brush becomes blocked for any reason, the electronic control switches off the unit before any harm can be done.
Suction tube for problem areas.
Kärcher upright vacuum cleaners are equipped with a detachable suction tube for vacuuming upholstery and getting into awkward corners and other difficult-to-reach areas. A quarter of a turn is all that is really to release the suction tube from the unit. The brush motor is switched off automatically while the suction tube is in use. This avoids unnecessary brush wear and protects the carpet too.
The replaceable brush strip is a really good idea.
There is no need to replace the entire roller brush, only the brush strip. That helps save time and money. An automatic brush pressure release mechanism is activated when the unit is at a standstill to keep the brush in perfect shape and avoid damage to the carpet.
Large areas are cleaned quickly with the CV 46/2.

Three-stage filter system: Paper filter bag, motor protection filter and an exhaust air filter guarantee optimum results. Dust is always kept in its place and the motor well protected. An optional microfilter, which can be retrofitted at any time, ensures hygienically clean air in kindergardens and hospitals.

Exhaust air is discharged downwards so there's no risk of blowing papers off office desks. Even changing a filter bag is child's play. As the filter bag is filled from the top to utilize its full capacity, it can be disposed of easily without creating any dust because the sealing cap helps keep it dust-tight.

The filter cover can only be closed when the paper filter bag and motor protection filter are fitted in position. This helps save unnecessary repairs.
