The HDS 801CBE hot water high-pressure cleaner offers a number of very special technical features. Thanks to its emission-free electric heating, this unit is used in all those areas where the use of a burner is not permitted because of its emissions. It is used in hygiene areas of the kind found in food processing companies, hospitals, industrial kitchens, public baths, etc.
The high-speed heating chamber and the hot water tank are separate entities for the purpose of rapid hot water production. The high-speed heating chamber has a water capacity of 19 litres and raises its temperature to 60°C within 2.5 minutes (24 kW version). The heated spray water that is required at any given time flows into the 36-litre hot water tank. Fresh cold water then flows into the chamber. The entire boiler is made of stainless steel.
