After Sales

 
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return to us or the manufacturer at no cost to you.
 
 
Any goods returned by a consumer must be in a resaleable condition, unused, and will be subject to a handling charge of maximum 15%.  You must return the goods to us at your cost . 
Goods returned to us directly, or at you own cost, will be inspected before refund is made. If in resaleable order then no charges will be made and your refund will be in full.
You must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for your needs.
 
COMMERCIAL MACHINES
 
All our equipment is covered by a 12 month guarantee, 3 months on gun,lance and hoses.
 
All machines are covered with a back to base warranty but an on site warranty can be purchased seperately and where possible all commercial machines will be attended by our own field service engineers.
 
 
OUT OF WARRANTY - NO PROBLEM!
 
We can also look after your machine after the warranty period, either through a maintenance contract
or simply when needed, on site or in our workshop.

DOMESTIC MACHINES
 
All our equipment holds a 12 month guarantee, 3 months on gun lance and hoses.
Domestic machines may be sent back to our premises where they will be assesed for warranty.
Alternatively, we may be able to advise of a local Karcher partner service centre who will be authorised to carry out this work.
Any machines that have been mis-used or abused will not be covered

Whilst our e-shop is growing, we cannot show all the parts available.  We have parts for ALL machines available directly from our own comprehensive stores.  If you cannot see what you need, please call us or email directly via the contact page and we will be able to help you.
